Regency Square is one of the finest examples of early 19th century seaside architecture.
Its terraces of Georgian houses were built to meet the growing demand for accommodation as Brighton became a fashionable resort for the upper classes.
Today they house boutique hotels and attractive homes in the very heart of one of Britain’s most successful cities.
The Regency Square Area Society has been working for over 30 years to foster a real sense of community by helping local residents and businesses to deal with the challenges of this busy and crowded area.
Please explore our web site to find out more about the area and the society.

Join your neighbours for a leisurely breakfast from 10am on New Year's day at the Regency Restaurant (south west corner of the square).
It's very informal. Turn up when you're ready; take a seat at the long table; order whatever you fancy from a coffee to a full English and settle your own bill when you leave. Bring your friends.
