As members know, our volunteer gardening group, alongside the City Park Rangers team, has done some amazing work on Clarence Square and Russell Square over the last few years. RSC is incredibly proud to have funded this work, which has made such a difference to both gardens. It has been particularly lovely to see families using these gardens again as they are now such bright, welcoming spaces.
In 2021 the volunteer gardeners breathed their magic on the substantial south border of Regency Square’s top garden – extensive ground preparation and replanting that sets a high bar for proposed future work as explained in our City Parks approved ‘gardens plan’. The image above is for that south border and formed part of the plan, kindly drawn by the talented local artist and former RSAS Chair Diana Dunn.
